CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unexpected situations arise, and sometimes you might need to cancel your workshop registration. Here's our cancellation policy to ensure fairness for both participants and our instructors:

Cancellations with More Than 3 Days' Notice:

• Cancellation made on more than 3 days before the workshop date, we will issue you a full refund (100% of the ticket price) in the form of a workshop voucher.

Cancellations Within 3 Days before the Event:

• Cancellation within 3 days before the workshop date, we will issue you a workshop voucher equal to 75% of the ticket price.

Same-Day Cancellations:

• Cancellations made on the same day of the workshop, we will issue a workshop voucher equal to 50% of the ticket price.

Workshop Vouchers:

• Workshop vouchers can be used towards a future workshop of your choice.

• The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another person.
